The TL-1.78 parking curb marks the parking space and stops the vehicle before it hits a wall, a column or the car ahead. Its synthetic rubber construction makes the difference compared with concrete curbs: it weighs little, so one person can install it, and being flexible it does not damage the vehicle’s lower fascia when the tire makes contact. In addition, it resists moisture, oils, gasoline, temperature changes and ultraviolet rays, common conditions in an outdoor parking lot.
Its yellow reflectors on the side and top faces keep the curb visible at night and in low light, when it is needed most. It is fixed to the floor with screws, included in the presentation, on hydraulic concrete or asphalt. That said, its scope should be respected: it is designed for light and medium vehicles, not for large freight trucks, buses or trailers, whose weight can override it and wear it down through compression. Periodically check the condition of the floor and the screws, and replace any bent or damaged screw so the curb stays fixed in place. Sold per pair.
