The Intrepid women’s dielectric safety sneaker 540MX is the highest-cushioning model in the Safety Girl line by LICA, engineered for women workers in factories and construction sites where all-day comfort and toe impact protection are critical requirements. Its outsole composed of 20% rubber and 80% EVA delivers superior shock absorption compared to conventional rubber soles, while maintaining resistance to gasoline, solvents, oils, abrasion, and flexion. The polyamide toe cap withstands 101.7 J of impact and dielectric insulation up to 14,000 volts certifies it under NOM-113-STPS-2009 Type II+III PP+D for electrical hazard environments. The polyester upper and lining reduce overall weight and promote ventilation throughout full work shifts. Additional guidance on women’s occupational safety footwear is available from the International Labour Organization. Unlike the 560SG model with its BOA closure system, this Intrepid women’s dielectric safety sneaker features a low-profile athletic design with traditional lacing and a high-cushion EVA outsole in women’s sizes 5 to 8, making it the preferred Safety Girl option for female electricians, machinery operators, and warehouse personnel who stand on hard floors for extended periods. Its black and pink design and glued construction make it the lightest and most comfortable NOM-certified model in the Safety Girl line. Note that this model is not recommended for static accumulation areas, explosive gas environments, or high-furnace welding operations. For complementary safety footwear standards, visit the ASTM International certification page.
Recommended for women workers in electrical installation, automotive industry, warehouses, construction, mining, agriculture, machinery operation, water systems, gas distribution, and food production requiring certified toe impact and electrical hazard protection with maximum EVA cushioning. Not recommended for explosive gas areas, static accumulation zones, or metallurgical high-furnace operations.
