The dielectric anti-perforation safety boot 229N-SP delivers triple certified protection — toe impact, dielectric resistance, and anti-perforation — in a single model built for demanding multi-hazard industrial environments. Its polyamide toe cap withstands impacts up to 101.7 J, the PU anti-perforation insole shields the sole from sharp objects from below, and certified dielectric resistance up to 14,000 volts addresses electrical risk. The PU-PU outsole provides full resistance coverage: oils, grease, acids, corrosive agents, abrasion, impact, and compression simultaneously.
The microfiber upper manufactured through direct injection to upper technology creates a seamless structural bond between outsole and upper, increasing durability under intensive use while keeping weight controlled at 0.900 kg per pair. The wide EEE last accommodates a broader foot profile for extended-shift comfort. Unlike models with standard insoles, the 229N-SP integrates anti-perforation protection at the insole level as an additional internal layer. Protection type: PP + D + RP.
Recommended for chemical, petrochemical, and heavy manufacturing industries where acid exposure, corrosive agents, floor perforation risk, and electrical hazard coexist. Suitable for construction and metalworking environments with sharp-object floor hazards, oil and grease exposure, and simultaneous toe-impact risk. Ideal for operations requiring triple-certified protection in a single boot.
