The 229N SPEED water resistant safety boot is built for environments where moisture, chemical agents, and impact and puncture hazards coexist within the same shift. Its microfiber leather upper with water resistant treatment protects against moderate water contact without sacrificing breathability, while the dual-density synthetic outsole resists oils, solvents, acids, greases, and corrosive agents, as well as abrasion, impact, and compression. The polyamide toe cap withstands impacts up to 101.7 J and the dielectric construction resists up to 14,000 volts, meeting the II+III+VI PP+D+RP classification of NOM-113-STPS-2009.
The polyurethane insole with puncture protection adds an extra layer of defense against sharp objects on the floor. The EEE last provides a wide and secure fit, and the textile lining maintains interior comfort during long shifts in demanding conditions.
