NORMATIVAS Y CERTIFICACIONES

113-STPS-2009 TIPO III + TIPO II + TIPO VI TENIS DE SEGURIDAD

The 1CP-LICA-4M safety helmet with ratchet adjustment is designed for industrial environments where mechanical, thermal, and electrical hazards coexist. Its high-density polyethylene shell withstands impacts up to 150 kg and its dielectric class E reduces the risk of electrical discharge up to 20,000 V phase to ground, meeting both NOM-115-STP-1994 and the international ANSI Z89.1-2003 standard. The perimeter drainage channel maintains worker visibility in rainy conditions. The 4-point suspension system with removable polyamide strap hammock distributes impact energy evenly, while the ratchet headband allows quick and precise adjustment without removing the helmet. The replaceable polyurethane foam sweatband and earmuff support bracket extend its versatility across different environments and conditions. The photoluminescent sticker adds visibility in low-light or dark conditions.
Recommended for any industrial activity requiring head protection against impacts, electrical, thermal, and mechanical hazards. Suitable for construction, electrical work, manufacturing, metalworking, and any environment where NOM-115-STP-1994 compliance is mandatory.
