The high visibility back support belt FL600HV combines professional lumbar support with active visibility in work environments with vehicle traffic or low-light conditions, representing an evolution of the FL800 model through the addition of high-visibility green bands and five flexible stays that structure and stabilize the posterior band during bending and crouching movements. Its eight-component design system — 4″ hook-and-loop closure, 8″ posterior elastic band, 4″ and 8″ side panels, 4″ elastic second belt, 2″ rigid third belt, 1 1/4″ suspenders with buckles, and five flexible stays — ensures precise adaptation to different body types with the maximum structural support available in the LICA back support line. Additional guidance on lumbar injury prevention in the workplace is available from the International Labour Organization.
Unlike the standard black FL800 model, this high visibility back support belt adds high-visibility green bands to the posterior and side panels, making it particularly suitable for road construction workers, nighttime logistics personnel, forklift traffic loading zones, and any environment where visual worker identification is an additional safety requirement beyond lumbar support. The five incorporated flexible stays distribute tension uniformly across the lumbar zone and prevent belt rolling during abrupt movements, maintaining shape and support throughout the entire shift. For more information on ergonomic PPE and lumbar protection, visit the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Recommended for construction, road works, warehouses with forklift traffic, and nighttime logistics where certified lumbar support with active visibility is required. Particularly suited for loading and unloading operators, road workers, and warehouse personnel in vehicle traffic environments or low-light conditions.
