The LVB-2GG lanyard is a 25 mm elastic polyester webbing with a shock absorber and two large hooks with 2-inch gate opening, from LICA Brand, certified to ANSI Z359.1-1992, CE EN 361:2002 and EN 358:1999.

The LVB-2GG lanyard solves the most vulnerable moment in work at height — changing anchor points — and does so with elastic webbing. Its double-leg configuration lets the worker connect the second hook to the new anchorage before releasing the first, so they are never disconnected. The webbing’s elasticity means it measures 1.5 meters at rest and extends to 2 meters during movement, leaving no loose webbing to snag on the structure or create a trip hazard.
Its two large hooks, with a 2-inch gate opening, wrap around beams and wide-section profiles without needing an intermediate anchorage, which speeds up structural assembly work. The integrated shock absorber dissipates the energy generated in a fall and limits the force transmitted to the body to a maximum of 900 lbs. That said, always connect it to the dorsal D-ring of a full body harness, verify that the anchorage is sound, and calculate fall clearance by adding the extended length, absorber elongation and the worker’s height. Remove it from service immediately if it has already arrested a fall, and inspect it before each shift, as required by NOM-017-STPS-2024. Supplied in a case of 10 pieces.
Recommended for general construction work, scaffold work, building cleaning and repair, telephone towers, electrical sector activities and forestry. It is especially suitable for structural assembly and for climbs requiring repeated re-anchoring on beams or wide-section profiles.
