The ARN-CONF-L padded harness addresses a problem that appears on long shifts: nylon webbing digs into shoulders, waist and thighs, and the worker ends up loosening the fit to get through the day. This model incorporates comfort padding at those three critical points, plus a padded belt that distributes the load across the lower back. The result is not only comfort; a harness that does not chafe is a harness that stays properly adjusted, which is how it actually protects.
As for connections, it integrates a dorsal D-ring for the lanyard and two side rings at the waist for work positioning. Its two quick-adjustment loops at chest and thighs speed up donning at the start of the shift. Compared with the ARN-5A-L, which also allows positioning, the difference here lies in the full padding and the lumbar belt, designed for workers who spend hours suspended or resting against the structure. Keep in mind that the hardware is metallic: for electrical shock risk, the suitable model is the ARN-DIELEC-L. Select it within a complete system with compatible anchorage and connection, pre-shift inspection and user training, as required by NOM-017-STPS-2024. Supplied in a master case of 5 pieces.
Recommended for general construction work, scaffold work, building cleaning and repair, telephone towers, electrical sector activities and forestry. It is especially suitable for long-duration tasks at height, where the worker remains suspended or resting against the structure for much of the shift.
