The LICA-KIT fall protection kit solves in a single package the three elements a personal fall arrest system requires: anchorage, body support and connection. The PFL anchor point works as the anchorage, the full body ARN-L harness distributes fall forces across the buttocks, shoulders, chest and torso, and the B-ARN-L lanyard incorporates a shock absorber that reduces the load transmitted to the body during arrest. In addition, its side and upper rings extend use beyond simple fall arrest, toward positioning and rescue maneuvers.
The whole set travels inside a backpack with a reflective band, a detail that matters more than it seems for crews moving between job fronts. The backpack protects the webbing from dust and abrasion during storage, and keeps the equipment complete as a single delivery unit. However, the typical five-year service life depends on actual use: any component that has arrested a fall must be removed from service immediately. Therefore, always pair the kit with pre-shift inspection, compatible connections and user training, as required by NOM-017-STPS-2024 for the selection and management of PPE. Supplied in a master case of 10 kits.
